**Progress Update (Feb 18)**: Both e-mail and XMPP uptime tracking work, but the end-user interface is not yet implemented. We are testing [[http://zeepmobile.com/|Zeep Mobile]] for free SMS notifications in the US. So far the service has been flaky (for ex SMS messages arriving one day late).

**Progress Update (March 1)**: Redirection by city and fast lookups work, need to update documentation.
