Progress Update (Feb 18): Both e-mail and XMPP uptime tracking work, but the end-user interface is not yet implemented. We are testing Zeep Mobile for free SMS notifications in the US. So far the service has been flaky (for ex SMS messages arriving one day late).
Progress Update (March 1): Redirection by city and fast lookups work, need to update documentation.
